We ask for a £4.95 reserving figure per person, which directly contributes to the well-being and care of our beloved pussycats. This reservation guarantees you a one-hour stay in their delightful company, providing ample time to relax, play, and enjoy the unique cat cafe experience.
For our tiniest visitors, babies under 2 are free of charge, allowing even the youngest animal lovers to experience the joy of our feline friends. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. We kindly request that you review your chosen date and time carefully before confirming your reservation.
Our last booking slot is at 3 PM. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests and to maintain our schedule, we politely request that you arrive on time for your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot extend late arrivals, and to ensure fairness to all our guests and our furry residents, bookings may be cancelled without refund if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a purr-fect environment for everyone.
Our Feline Family
Our adorable pussycats are an integral part of our family, and as such, they are not available for adoption. They don't live at the café; instead, they come to work with us and return home to their own comfortable beds each night. Their safety and well-being are our absolute top priority, and we are proud to be completely certified by Solihull Council, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare. To maintain a safe and harmonious environment for all, we kindly ask that you do not bring your own cats into the café.
- Please don't pick up the pussycats, but you're welcome to fuss them gently even when they are sleeping.
- Only food and drinks bought on the premises may be consumed.
- Don't feed the pussycats human food it can make them sick.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Don't climb on the furniture or cat trees.
- Customers enter at their own risk — pussy cats may scratch or bite.
- Please ask staff to let you out, to keep our pussycats safe.
