📄 Important Information for Your Visit

Booking & Admission

Admission is £5.50 per guest—your contribution directly supports our resident cats and the café. Each booking secures a one-hour visit. Children under 2 may enter free of charge; guests under 10 must be supervised by an adult.

Please note: All bookings are non-refundable. Our last entry is at 3 PM. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation without refund.

House Policies

Cat Interaction: Gentle petting is permitted; please do not pick up the cats.
Food & Beverage: Only food and drinks purchased on-site may be consumed. Do not feed human food to the cats.
Child Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times.
Safety: Cats may scratch or bite if provoked. Please do not climb on furniture and remain mindful of safety guidelines.
Departure: A staff member will assist with the exit. Thank you for your cooperation.

About Our Cats

Resident Cats
Our resident cats are permanent members of our café community and are not available for adoption. Guests are welcome to enjoy their company during their visit.
Cat Welfare
The well-being and safety of our cats remain our highest priority. Our facility maintains full licensing and certification with Solihull Council, demonstrating our commitment to exemplary standards of care.
Outside Animals
To ensure a calm and comfortable environment for our cats, we kindly ask that guests do not bring other pets into the café.
