I need to cancel my booking/change it. How?
Just to clarify, bookings are final—no refunds or transfers allowed. That said, we understand things come up. If you need to move your booking, reach out and we’ll do our best to reschedule you for another available day, pending availability.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking is recommended, especially on weekends. Walk-ins are welcome if we have space!
Is there a minimum age requirement?
There is no minimum age requirement. However, all children must be supervised, and children under 2 years old can enter for free.
