Refund policy

Please read the following terms carefully before completing your booking. By making a reservation, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Entry Fee & Booking Structure

Each guest is charged a minimum entry fee of £5.50 per person, which applies to each one-hour session booked. This fee secures your table and allocated time slot within the café.

2. Refunds & Transfers

All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes situations where guests are unable to attend, arrive late, or choose not to use their booking. We are unable to move bookings to alternative dates or times once confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Amendments

Due to limited seating and high demand, we are unable to offer refunds for cancelled bookings. If you need to make changes, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to assist where availability allows, however this cannot be guaranteed.

4. Arrival Policy

Guests are kindly asked to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend booking durations for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, your booking may be cancelled and treated as a no-show without refund.

5. Children & Supervision

Children under 2 years of age may enter free of charge. All children under the age of 10 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, with no exceptions made for safety reasons.

6. Session Timing

Each booking is strictly limited to a one-hour session. The final booking slot of the day is scheduled one hour before closing time to ensure all guests receive their full experience.

7. Safety & Entry

Entry to the café is at your own risk. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, guests are responsible for their own conduct and supervision of children during their visit.
